Roxbury man charged with kidnapping, firearm offenses after alleged R.I. abduction

A 31-year-old Roxbury man has been charged in federal court with allegedly kidnapping a person at gunpoint from a home in Rhode Island and driving the victim across state lines into Massachusetts.
